Truck Roadside Assistance & Breakdown Service

A truck stopped on the shoulder is losing money by the minute — and sitting somewhere dangerous. We dispatch from Breinigsville, minutes off I-78 Exit 49, so the answer to "how far out are you?" is usually short.

What we fix on the shoulder

Most breakdowns are one of a handful of things, and most of them do not need a tow. If it can be fixed where you sit, we fix it there.

  • Tires — blowouts and flats on steer, drive and trailer positions, mounted on site
  • Air system — blown lines, leaking chambers, frozen or dragging brakes
  • Batteries and starting — jump-starts, load tests, battery sets swapped on the spot
  • Won't-start and derate — fault codes read on site so you know if it rolls or gets towed
  • Lights, fuses and connections — enough to make it legal to move
  • Tow coordination — when it genuinely needs the shop, we line it up and take it straight in

How the call works

Call (610) 841-2521 and give us three things: where you are (exit number or mile marker is perfect), what the truck is doing, and whether you are loaded. If you are on our site, the roadside button sends your GPS location straight to dispatch — no describing landmarks.

We tell you honestly whether it is a road-service fix or a tow. Nobody wins when a tech drives out to a job that was always going to end at the shop.

When the shop beats the shoulder

Road service is a bridge, not a repair bay. Anything needing a lift, a torch, a full brake job or an alignment gets done properly back at 9883 Old US Highway 22 — and because we are five minutes off the interstate, "back at the shop" is not a lost day.

If your truck is already in Breinigsville when it dies, skip the roadside call and bring it straight in.

Questions we get asked

How far do you travel for road service?

We run road service along the I-78 corridor and the Lehigh Valley — Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton, Fogelsville, Kutztown, Hamburg and the Reading side. Call with your mile marker and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you.

Are you open at 2am?

On weekdays, yes — the shop runs 24 hours Monday through Friday, and Saturday until midnight. Sunday we are closed.

What does a roadside call cost?

We quote it on the phone once we know where you are and what is wrong. Shop labor is $165 an hour, $185 for electrical, and parts are quoted before anyone touches the truck.

Can you get me legal enough to make it to the shop?

Often, yes — a temporary air fix, a spare mounted, a light repaired. If it is not safe to move, we say so and coordinate the tow instead.
