Introduction

Welcome to Royal Truck Repair Inc.'s Truck Repair Shop. We are dedicated to providing top-notch repair and maintenance services for your trucks. To ensure clarity and protect both our customers and our business, we have outlined the following terms and conditions. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Scope of Services

Royal Truck Repair Inc. offers a variety of repair and maintenance services. These include, but are not limited to, engine repairs, brake system maintenance, tire replacement, and routine inspections. We aim to complete all services professionally and within the estimated timeframes.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Non-Interference: The customer warrants that they will not interfere with the repair process in any way.

  • Restricted Access: Customers are strictly prohibited from accessing active truck repair areas. For safety reasons, customers must remain in the designated driver lounge area while their vehicle is being serviced.

  • Compliance: Failure to comply with these conduct guidelines may result in the suspension of services and/or removal from the premises.

Other Terms

    • Service Warranty: Royal Truck Repair Inc. provides a limited warranty on parts and labor for 30 days after the repair date. This warranty covers only the specific parts and services rendered and does not extend to other vehicle components.

    • Exclusion of Liability: Royal Truck Repair Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes but is not limited to, loss of revenue, downtime, or additional repair costs elsewhere.

  • Payment Terms

    • Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the repair services unless prior arrangements have been made. Acceptable payment methods include cash, credit cards, and approved company checks.

    • Late Fees: Invoices not paid within the agreed time frame are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

  • Safety and Access

    • Customer Safety: For safety reasons, customers are not allowed in the repair areas unless accompanied by a shop employee.

    • Vehicle Access: Customers must ensure their vehicles are accessible and can be safely moved by our staff. Vehicles should be free from personal belongings. Royal Truck Repair Inc. is not responsible for the loss of personal items left in vehicles.

  • Dispute Resolution

    • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the state in which the repair shop is located.

    • Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by Royal Truck Repair Inc. will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

  • Indemnification Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Truck Repair Inc. and its employees from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their use of our services, including but not limited to, legal fees and expenses.

  • Acceptance of Terms By signing below or otherwise authorizing repair services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
