SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the text message (SMS/MMS) program operated by Royal Truck Repair Inc., 9883 Old U.S. 22, Breinigsville, PA 18031. They are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. What the program is
Royal Truck Repair Service Messages is a two-way, customer service messaging program. Our service team uses it to talk with you about your truck: confirming appointments, sending repair status and completion updates, replying with estimates and parts availability, coordinating roadside assistance, and answering questions you text us.
This is not a marketing program. We do not send promotional blasts, contests, sweepstakes, or third-party offers through it.
2. How you join
You join by filling in the opt-in form on our website at www.royaltruckrepairpa.com/sms-opt-in — entering your mobile number and ticking the consent box. A shorter consent box carrying the same disclosures, also never ticked for you, appears on our appointment booking form at www.royaltruckrepairpa.com/#book.
The box is never ticked for you, and you do not have to tick it to book a repair or to buy anything from us. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Only the person who owns the mobile number may opt that number in.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your repair — up to 30 messages per month. A truck in the shop generates more messages than one that is not.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages, but your mobile carrier may, according to your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.
5. How to stop (opt out)
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will not text you again unless you opt back in. STOPPING TEXTS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR REPAIR — we will simply call or email you instead.

6. How to get help

7. Supported carriers and delivery
The program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and effective transmission — we cannot guarantee that every message arrives, or arrives on time. Do not rely on a text message for anything urgent or safety-critical. If someone is hurt or in danger, call 911.
8. Changing or losing your number
Tell us if your mobile number changes or you give it up, so we do not text a stranger about your truck. You agree to notify us at (610) 841-2521 or info@royaltruckrepairpa.com.
9. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorised user of, the mobile number you enter.
10. Your mobile information
Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell your mobile number. No mobile information collected through this program is shared with anyone for their own marketing.
The only companies that handle your number are the service providers that technically carry the message on our behalf — our telephone provider (RingCentral) and our alerting provider (Twilio) — and they may use it only to deliver our messages. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy, including the Text messages section.
11. Records of your consent
When you tick the consent box we record the mobile number, the date and time, the page you were on, and the exact wording you agreed to. We keep that record so we can show, if asked, that you asked us to text you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top shows when. If we change what the program is for, we will ask you to opt in again rather than assume your old consent covers it.
